This guarantees you a permanent and fluid use wherever you are.Goal :MédiaSofts Mobilité is a mobile application providing access to the address book of JardiContacts, MétalContacts and BatiCom in real time and recording the hours of employees on construction sites via a mobile tool (tablet & smartphone).
The information recorded via the mobile is available in real time in the management software.
No synchronization to do.Principle of operation:- The sites are created in the JardiContacts MétalContacts or BatiCom software.- Company employees are also created in this software.A simple indication of the use in Mobile monitoring allows you to find the list of worksites on the MediaSofts Mobility application.Each user logs in with their username and password.He can consult the address book and complete it on his application.It selects the site on which it is located: a simple activation triggers a start time for the work.
Its deactivation will record the end of work time.
It is also possible to declare the working time manually, without timing.A summary of the start and end times of work is available for making manual corrections.An intervention report can be entered to communicate important information about the site: comments on the intervention, additional work carried out, estimate to be made, signatures of the worker and the customer.
